Spintech Tubes Pvt Ltd is planning to set up an integrated steel plant in Dhasal village near Bahadurpur in Burdwan district of West Bengal. The project involves setting up of DRI kiln of 2 x 600 tpd, Induction furnace with Ladle Furnace/CCM (6 x 20 T), EAF with LRF (1 x 20T), mini blast furnace (350 cu.meter), pellet plant of 2x 0.6 mtpa, sinter plant of capacity 45 cu.meter, submerged arc furnace ( 4 x 18 T), rolling of capacity 2 x 600 tpd, power plant of 84 MW. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 9200 million.
