Globus Spirits Ltd to expand its Panagarh distillery

Globus Spririts Ltd is planning to expand its distillery in Panagarh in Burdwan district of West Bengal. The project involves expanding grain based distillery capacity from 120 klpd to 240 klpd and cogeneration power plant capacity from 3.5 MW to 8.0 MW. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 1200 million. Land required for the project is already available. The plant will produce rectified spirit/extra neutral alcohol/IMFL etc.,
